Take a scenic drive to Gansbaai and breakfast at 'The Great White House' where the dive master will give a full briefing about the day's procedures. You will anchor at Dyer Island and Geyser Rock, which boasts a large Cape Fur seal colony. Watch as the crew lure the sharks with “chum slick” (crushed tuna or sardines) to the boat. You can enjoy close sightings of the sharks as you take a picnic lunch on the upper deck, or dive in the 5 person shark cage, submersing yourself and watching in safety as the shark approaches. Please note: as the tour involves wild animals, we cannot guarantee sightings.
